The Leasing Sales Representative will play a key role in managing property leasing operations by attracting prospective clients, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the leasing process. Responsibilities include preparing lease agreements, assisting with property marketing activities, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining an up-to-date database of properties and client interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, offering an opportunity to contribute to a growing team and collaborate closely with other departments like marketing and business development. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed leasing targets
- Ability to manage property databases, coordinate leasing documentation, and provide administrative support
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property marketing techniques, and UAE property regulations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; prior experience in real estate software is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for an on-site position
