Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Dubai, U.A.E (flagship car showroom)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom sales operations and sales team performance
- Drive vehicle sales targets and conversion rates
- Support and coach sales consultants on leads, follow-ups, and closing
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and showroom standards
- Monitor pipeline, reports, and stock coordination
- Handle key customer escalations and negotiations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of car showroom sales supervisory/team lead experience in UAE.
- Good communication and supervisory skills
