🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Accountant | Dubai, UAE

Nano Health Suite is looking for a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of finance operations across our UAE, KSA and Oman entities.

Please read the shortlisting criteria before applying. We will only review applications that clearly evidence all four points below:

1️⃣ 4–5 years of accounting experience, including hands-on experience in an IT / software solutions company in the UAE. This is non-negotiable — a general trading, contracting or retail background alone will not be considered.

2️⃣ Proven ownership of cost accounting and project costing — not data entry or bookkeeping.

3️⃣ Proven ownership of financial planning and budgeting at individual project level, including budget vs actual variance reporting.

4️⃣ Working experience on Zoho Books as the primary accounting system.

What you’ll own:

• Day-to-day accounting, GL, reconciliations and month/year-end close
• AP, AR, banking, petty cash and monthly payroll
• VAT and Corporate Tax compliance (UAE, with KSA and Oman exposure)
• Multi-entity and intercompany accounting across three countries
• Project-wise and annual budgets, variance analysis and management reporting
• Audit coordination, internal controls and process improvement
• Finance-related government renewals (MOHRE, establishment cards, licences, MISA)

Also expected:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce

📊 Strong Excel skills; TallyPrime experience for historical records is a plus

🤝 Experience dealing with auditors, banks, suppliers and government authorities

📍 Full-time, on-site in Dubai. Reporting to the Finance Manager / CEO.
