Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g., online, classroom, blended learning).
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
  • Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Research and implement best practices in L&D to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the L&D field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar L&D role.
  • Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
