Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions and global markets. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and secure top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and efficient recruitment processes. The successful candidate will leverage recruitment technology, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to support the organization’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical, corporate, and commercial positions across global offices.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights.
• Source high-caliber talent through direct search, professional networks, referrals, social platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to monitor KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent MultiBank Group across professional platforms and recruitment events.
• Maintain an up-to-date talent market intelligence database, including competitor mapping, compensation benchmarking, and talent trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within financial services, fintech, banking, or multinational organizations.
• Proven experience managing high-volume and niche recruitment across multiple regions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Ashby or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruitment skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting.
