Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

Takween Aldar Real Estate is looking for a strong, experienced recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.

This is a hands-on recruitment position focused primarily on identifying and hiring experienced real estate agents and sales professionals.

We are not looking for someone who simply posts vacancies and processes applications.

We want a recruiter who knows how to actively source, headhunt, approach and attract strong candidates, build a consistent recruitment pipeline, and successfully convert candidates into hires.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• UAE recruitment experience strongly preferred

• Real estate recruitment experience is a major advantage

• Strong headhunting and direct-sourcing ability

• Proven experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

• Ability to identify and approach passive candidates

• Strong interviewing and candidate-screening skills

• Confident communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Highly organized, persistent and results-driven

• Excellent English communication skills

• Existing network within Dubai real estate is a significant advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Actively headhunt experienced real estate agents and sales professionals

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct outreach

• Conduct initial screening and interviews

• Evaluate candidates based on experience, performance and culture fit

• Coordinate interviews with management

• Maintain consistent candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process

• Negotiate and close offers

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting

• Develop new recruitment channels and sourcing strategies

• Meet agreed weekly and monthly hiring targets
