Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a senior talent acquisition specialist who MUST be a fluent French speaker with multinational experience in recruiting for C Suite and upper management positions as well as knowing how to work with large recruitment volumes across different locations around the world.

Experienced with attracting excellent talent from around the world to place them around the different locations where we operate.

Must be excellent with negotiations, fast-pased, with a proven record of success.

In addition to fluency in French, fluency is Spanish will be a huge plus.

  • Develop, implement, and govern Talent Management frameworks, policies, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and structured approach across the organization
  • Provide expert advisory and support to Clusters and functions, ensuring talent programs are effectively implemented while allowing for regional and business-specific flexibility
  • Develop, and manage the comprehensive career path framework for the Group, ensuring career progression opportunities for all employees across functions and levels, in line with organizational goals
  • Lead the development of a robust succession planning framework to identify critical positions, critical talent and potential successors to ensure business continuity and employee development
  • Partner with Cluster / function leaders and HR teams to drive succession planning discussions and ensure proactive talent readiness
  • Monitor the leadership development pipeline, ensuring future leaders are identified, assessed, and developed
  • Design HiPo identification frameworks, ensuring a data-driven and structured approach to recognizing top talent and collaborate with Clusters and functions to implement tailored HiPo development programs to foster growth and prepare high-potential talent for future leadership roles
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and HR teams from various Clusters to gather insights on talent gaps, succession needs, and growth opportunities for high-potential employees
  • Advise senior leadership on talent management best practices, frameworks, and initiatives to ensure that AD Ports Group retains and develops its top talent
  • Provide regular reporting on talent management initiatives, succession planning status, and HiPo program effectiveness
