Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Outreach & Social Media Manager to help grow an early-stage AI SaaS product by getting it in front of relevant founders, creators, and startup communities.
This role is not just about posting on social media. You will help drive distribution through creator outreach, influencer partnerships, community engagement, paid campaign support, and consistent social content.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of relevant influencers, creators, newsletters, podcasts, and startup communities.
- Send outreach messages, follow up, coordinate collaborations, and track campaign performance.
- Keep Instagram, TikTok, X, and other channels active with product clips, founder-focused content, demos, and updates.
- Help create and test ad creatives, short videos, captions, hooks, and campaign ideas.
- Support paid ads by monitoring creatives, results, and basic performance metrics.
- Track outreach, replies, campaigns, clicks, signups, and learnings in weekly reports.
- Work directly with the founding team to turn product updates into clear marketing and distribution material.
Requirements
- Experience in social media, creator outreach, influencer marketing, startup marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, DMs, emails, and short-form content.
- Comfortable finding relevant people, sending outreach, following up, and managing many conversations.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with startups, SaaS, AI tools, or founder communities is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Figma or graphic design skills.
- Video editing skills for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and product demos.
- Motion graphics experience.
- Basic paid ads knowledge.
- Experience with influencer campaigns, community posting, Product Hunt, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, or startup newsletters.
- The ideal person is creative, organized, fast-moving, and comfortable doing hands-on distribution work in an early-stage startup.
