Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across key platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, managing community interactions, and monitoring social media channels for trends and opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular reports to inform decision-making. The manager will ensure brand consistency, oversee social media optimization (SMO), and support campaign launches and product announcements through targeted social content.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and audience engagement.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and community management.
  • Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, create, and organize social content aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve visibility, reach, and performance across social channels.
  • Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media within broader online marketing and performance strategies.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting, and familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within a tech or B2B environment, is an advantage.
