Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description


Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage our official social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, in line with global brand and communication guidelines
  • Plan, create, and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with firm priorities, service lines, and leadership direction
  • Ensure all content reflects Andersen’s professional tone, positioning, and visual identity

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated digital and social media campaigns for:
  • New service offerings and go-to-market initiatives
  • Events, seminars, roadshows, and academic or institutional programs
  • Thought leadership initiatives, reports, surveys, and client-focused campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content development, approvals, and execution with internal stakeholders

Thought Leadership & Digital Amplification

  • Support the digital amplification of leadership and practice-led thought leadership initiatives
  • Repurpose approved content into engaging digital formats suitable for social media and campaign use
  • Ensure timely amplification of key initiatives before, during, and after execution

Events & Initiatives

  • Deliver structured social media and digital amplification for firm events and priority initiatives
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure alignment between on-ground activities and digital communications

Brand Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to Andersen’s global brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and communication protocols
  • Route high-visibility or sensitive content through defined approval processes

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and audience growth
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support ongoing optimisation of content and campaigns

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within professional services, consulting, or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on experience managing social media for corporate or professional services brands
  • Experience planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency and compliance
