Talent Acquisition Executive (Fitness)
Arada has launched Formative, a new collective that brings together some of the UAE’s most dynamic fitness brands. Designed to shape the future of movement, performance and wellbeing, Formative integrates Wellfit, FitnGlam, The Platform Studios and FitCode into a single, purpose-driven platform.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and help us identify and hire exceptional talent across our fitness brands.
This opportunity is specifically for professionals currently working in the fitness industry, particularly Personal Trainers and Membership/Sales professionals who are interested in transitioning into Talent Acquisition.
Why? Because the best people to recruit fitness talent are those who understand the industry firsthand. If you’ve coached clients, built a member base, driven memberships, or developed strong relationships within a club environment, you already possess many of the skills needed to succeed in recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and engage top fitness talent
- Screen and assess candidates
- Partner with hiring managers across the business
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring events
- Build talent pipelines for future growth
