Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies using diverse sourcing channels.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Mentor and guide the recruitment team on best practices.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques and maintain a candidate pipeline.
  • Oversee fair and efficient interview and selection processes.
  • Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and evaluation.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and present insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 8–10 years in HR/Recruitment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
