Talent Acquisition Specialist | Real Estate Recruitment
We are an established real estate agency that has been in the market for 4 years and now we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and lead recruitment within a fast-paced, performance-driven real estate environment.
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience in a real estate agency, with a strong track record of sourcing and attracting high-performing secondary market brokers.
You will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, conducting cold outreach, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, managing the recruitment pipeline and working closely with senior management to support ongoing hiring across the business. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent and helping drive the company’s continued growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months’ recruitment experience within the real estate industry.
- Experience recruiting real estate brokers, ideally within the secondary market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with cold calling and proactive candidate sourcing.
- Highly organised, resilient and target driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high performance environment.
