Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent in line with organizational workforce requirements. The role partners with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment, a positive candidate experience, and compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
  • Prepare and advertise vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, job portals, referrals, and internal talent pools.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment screening.
  • Prepare employment offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors where required.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures and UAE labor legislation.
  • Support Emiratization recruitment initiatives and graduate/internship programs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and workforce updates.

Qualifications / Experience /Special Conditions or Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience working with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Industrial sectors is an advantage.
