The Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) to support Bybit’s global growth. This role will lead mid–senior level hiring across multiple functions, esp. in Product, Marketing, Sales, Growth, Corporate functions etc., with a focus on EMEA and Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles, especially in EMEA and Asia.
  • Partner with business leaders to define requirements and deliver talent strategies.
  • Build pipelines in crypto, fintech, and tech industries.
  • Execute direct sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting strategies.
  • Guide hiring managers through process, assessment, and decision-making.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience across geographies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or executive search).
  • Background in crypto, fintech, tech, internet, or fast-growth digital sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-border hiring experience.
  • Knowledge of global talent markets and digital business models.
  • Agile, resourceful, and growth-minded.
