In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Get hands-on exposure to the full recruitment journey from job postings to welcoming new joiners.
• Support in shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, and keeping candidates updated along the way.
• Take part in career fairs, campus hiring events, and initiatives that showcase ADCB as an employer of choice.
• Assist with recruitment tools, databases, and reporting to keep processes smooth and organized.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers to ensure every candidate has a positive experience.
• Learn HR best practices while developing the skills and confidence to grow your career in Talent Acquisition.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Comfortable speaking with candidates on the phone and building good connections.
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Motivated to grow and build a career in HR.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
