People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is recruiting on behalf of our client in Dubai for an Admin Generalist with strong organizational skills, bilingual communication (Tagalog & English), and a background in manpower or FMCG sectors.

💰 Salary: Up to AED 4,500/month

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with different teams to support manpower and FMCG activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration, documentation, and filing
- Support HR and operations teams with employee coordination and record management
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communication as required
- Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the UAE
- Preferably with background in manpower supply or FMCG industries
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Tagalog & English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prior
