Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, coordinating with various teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and managing project documentation. The role involves regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure they adhere to the defined scope.
Qualifications

  • Project Management, Coordination, and Scheduling skills
  • Experience in Odoo software
  • Ablento prepare quotation and basic estimation tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Experience with Budget Management and Documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Familiarity with the construction or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
