Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves data entry, filing, and providing general admin support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents
- Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Respond to emails and handle routine correspondence
- Support the team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and office organization
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate joiner is preferred.
