Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Digital Marketing Supervisor. The Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, developing and managing digital strategies, overseeing media planning, analyzing campaign performance, and managing projects related to digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Supervise and guide both the offline marketing and sales teams and the digital marketing team (around 8 members in total).
Provide clear direction, training, and support to ensure teams meet and exceed departmental goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set team goals, and monitor progress.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and creativity.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Doctors Clinic Diagnostic Center.
Design and execute both offline and online marketing campaigns focused on driving foot traffic, increasing appointments, and boosting brand awareness in the community.
Ensure all marketing strategies align with the clinic’s goals and brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating marketing performance and making data-driven decisions
- 3-4 years’ experience in medical field
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in Media Planning and developing Digital Strategies
- Project Management abilities to oversee and execute marketing projects effectively
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
