We are actively seeking ambitious sales and leasing agents to become part of our rapidly expanding team Dubai New Developments. Candidates should be eager to achieve, self-driven, and have a strong background in sales.
Responsibilities:
– Formulate and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales performance. Develop clear action plans that are aligned with these strategies.
– Participate in coaching and training sessions to improve skills and deepen product knowledge.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, staying current with social media trends.
– Keep abreast of local market conditions, competitor strategies, and overall industry changes.
– Ensure all sales practices and transactions adhere strictly to legal requirements and organizational policies.
– Compile and submit regular performance reports to the team leader, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
– Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
– Demonstrated success in real estate or a closely related field is essential.
– Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and its trends.
– Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
– Adherence to ethical standards, coupled with self-motivation and a dedication to excellence.
– Proficiency in using real estate-specific software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
– Must be sales-driven and detail-oriented, possessing outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
– Exceptional customer service skills with the capacity to handle a diverse clientele.
– Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required; fluency in English, Arabic is preferred.
– A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
