Job Description

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources Role in a Luxury Hotel environment is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with and understanding of UAE Labour Law and Human Resources best practices.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems like Oasys.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  • Mastery in handling Confidential Information with the Utmost discretion, ensuring Seamless adherence to Privacy Protocols and ‘FIVE-Styled’ security standards.
  • Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers Bold and Efficient administrative support across All Functions of Human Resources, including onboarding, performance engagement, training coordination, and offboarding, ensuring Every Step of the Journey at FIVE is nothing short of Exceptional.
  • Accurately Maintains and Updates FIVE Tribe Member records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), upholding FIVE’s Meticulous operational standards.
  • Issues employment contracts and Facilitates the onboarding experience for new FIVE Tribe Members with Magnetic energy and a Professional welcome.
  • Assists in the Seamless Coordination of Human Resources Activations, including recognition events, training days, and ‘FIVE-Styled’ employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensures Full Compliance with FIVE’s internal policies, local labour laws, and health and safety regulations, safeguarding both Legal Excellence and Organisational Integrity.
  • Supports payroll processing through Precise handling of attendance, leave balances, and other data inputs to guarantee Timely and Accurate FIVE Tribe Member compensation.
  • Responds Promptly and Professionally to FIVE Tribe Member enquiries, providing Clear guidance and empowering them with Accurate Information on policies and procedures.
  • Protects the Confidentiality of all Human Resources data, communications, and organisational matters with Integrity and Discretion.
  • Prepares Top-Notch reports and documentation as requested by Management, delivering Accurate and Insightful records that Support decision-making at the Highest Level.
