We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the Learning and Organisational Development activities of current and emerging performance management process, Job Profiling, and implementation of Objective and KPI’s and to ensure effective delivery of learning and development interventions.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the Recruitment activities and facilitate the Internal vacancy diligence as per the required standards establishing a balance for the selection of the right people into the target roles.
  • Assist the Business Partner with the HR services transactions relating to employee benefits, grievances and the off-boarding process.
  • Support the HRBP with the Remote working process in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the implementation of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Serve as a support partner to the business, including subsidiaries, providing input for all strategic discussions and challenges in order to apply central talent value best practices and guidelines
  • Ensure best practices and guidelines are put in place to ensure consistency across the organisation, tailored to the Group’s needs and specifics such as productivity, efficiency and critical role selection.
  • Extend support to the HR Business Partner with the Emiratisation strategy and requirements of each business unit, so as to ensure increase in the Emiratisation targets.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience within a generalist HR position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • People Management skills
  • Driving and implementing projects and solutions
  • Data analytics
  • Stakeholder management
  • Excellent presentation skills
