Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s vision and goals.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, DHA, MOH, and JCIA requirements.
- Lead HR programs that support staff development, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Design and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategies and objectives.
- Prepare and present HR reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Support Joint Commission International survey compliance (SQE Chapter).
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role within the healthcare/hospital sector, preferably in the UAE.
- Familiarity with regulatory and licensing entities such as DHA, MOH, and JCIA.
- Proven excellence in team leadership and operational management.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proven ability to drive change, build high-performing teams, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Demonstrated expertise in UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.
