Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract top talent across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor regulations.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce planning and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Review and screen CVs, conduct initial phone or virtual interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Prepare and extend job offers aligned with company salary bands and UAE Labour Law.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and UAE employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand and recurring roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn engagement, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and insights to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at job fairs, career events, and external recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations / PRO teams regarding visa processing, onboarding, and employment documentation.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
  • Promote Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) awareness by ensuring safe systems and conditions within the area of responsibility.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
  • Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles or departments.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, recruitment best practices, and hiring compliance is preferred.
  • Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
