Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. They will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
  • Create and post engaging job ads across platforms.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles.
  • Own the candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Track key hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.
  • Guide and support hiring managers with best practices.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Background in real estate or cabin crew is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD is preferred but not a must.
