We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment across international markets, with a special focus on the hospitality industry and standalone restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different countries and regions
  • Partner with international hiring managers and restaurant operators to understand talent needs
  • Source candidates globally, with a strong focus on standalone restaurants and F&B talent
  • Conduct interviews with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience across borders
  • Support global employer branding initiatives and international recruitment campaigns

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in international recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Previous experience recruiting for standalone restaurants or hospitality groups is essential
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract talent across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse markets
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
