Were hiring for our HQ team and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on this journey. You will be the key driver of talent acquisition at RAYNE, responsible for attracting, engaging, and maintaining relationships with exceptional legal professionals across the region. Your focus will be to build strong candidate pipelines, deliver a first-class recruitment experience, and ensure we consistently connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for legal consultants across the GCC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-calibre lawyers, becoming their trusted career advisor.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure the highest quality talent pool.
• Partner with internal teams to align hiring needs with market talent availability.
• Represent RAYNE at interviews, networking events, and industry forums.
• Maintain and expand a strong network within the legal community in the UAE and wider GCC.
• Contribute to RAYNE’s growth by developing innovative sourcing strategies and supporting talent mapping projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing ideally within legal, consultancy, or professional services sectors in the UAE.
• Ideally a strong network of lawyers or legal professionals (or the drive and ability to build one quickly).
• Excellent interviewing, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A relationship-driven mindset, with proven ability to balance multiple recruitment processes and candidates at once.
• Someone polished, professional, and confident, but also warm, approachable, and genuine.
