Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join the team of our client in Abu Dhabi.

Our client is the UAE’s largest semi-government industrial company (non-Oil & Gas) and a recognized global leader in its sector.

This role will support the organisation’s corporate recruitment needs both in the UAE and China, with a strong focus on building effective hiring channels in the Chinese market

This role has a contract duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment activities for corporate functions across the UAE and China.
  • Develop and maintain sourcing channels in China, including partnerships with job boards, universities, and recruitment platforms.
  • Build and manage job postings on relevant Chinese job boards and digital platforms.
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates to meet hiring needs in both the UAE and China.
  • Partner with UAE-based hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s presence in both the UAE and Chinese talent markets.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with organisational standards and local employment regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to international (China) hiring.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese job boards, sourcing channels, and recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available with a 30 days notice or immediately.
