A leading player in the apparel and lifestyle sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is critical in partnering with business stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure top talent across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, thrives under pressure, and brings proven expertise in stakeholder management and full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job briefing to offer acceptance—for both volume and strategic positions across multiple functions
  • Lead mass hiring initiatives with structured workforce planning, innovative sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop job briefs, and provide strategic hiring solutions
  • Source talent through multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, agencies, referrals, and career fairs
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen positioning as an employer of choice
  • Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records within the ATS
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and operations teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to high-volume or mass hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid experience in interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
  • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
