Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate Brokerage.
We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across sales, leasing, and
administrative positions. You will partner closely with department leaders, champion our employer brand, and deliver a seamless hiring experience that reflects our dynamic, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job boards, and personal networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for sales and administrative roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Create and update job descriptions to reflect role requirements and organisational priorities.
- Post and manage job ads across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate onboarding, including documentation, visa coordination, and induction planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 12-18 months of recruitment experience in Dubai Real Estate or previous experience as a broker.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate roles and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws, visa procedures and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong time management and analytical abilities.
