Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and WPS (Wage Protection System, if applicable).
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and handle employee payroll queries.
Visa & Immigration
- Manage the end-to-end visa process (application, renewal, cancellation) in coordination with government authorities or PROs.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and labor law requirements.
Insurance Administration
- Coordinate employee health/medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.
- Maintain accurate insurance records and liaise with providers for service improvements.
Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding–Offboarding)
- Manage new employee onboarding, including document collection, induction, and system setup.
- Handle employee transfers, promotions, and status changes.
- Coordinate offboarding processes: exit clearance, final settlement, visa cancellation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, visa regulations, and insurance procedures.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
