Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and WPS (Wage Protection System, if applicable).
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and handle employee payroll queries.

Visa & Immigration

  • Manage the end-to-end visa process (application, renewal, cancellation) in coordination with government authorities or PROs.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and labor law requirements.

Insurance Administration

  • Coordinate employee health/medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records and liaise with providers for service improvements.

Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding–Offboarding)

  • Manage new employee onboarding, including document collection, induction, and system setup.
  • Handle employee transfers, promotions, and status changes.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes: exit clearance, final settlement, visa cancellation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, visa regulations, and insurance procedures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
