Job Description
- Carrying out marketing and advertising programs and following up to ensure that Cosmesurge maintains a good advertising plan that meets target market expectations., Manage Marketing leads and coordinate with call center and support when needed.
- supporting the social media presence and strategy of a company.
- Commitment to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) /Environment Safety and Health, incident reporting and risk management as required and observed
Responsibilities
- Creating Marketing social media calendar, briefing creative team on visuals and content creation including Captions, Layout, concept, Mentions etc
- Lead management, and manage all marketing leads and make sure it is routed & booked in clinics/ hospital
- Attend & Support in community events and collect leads
- Support in creating and reviewing Arabic blogs, biographies & Captions
- Create social media report on monthly basis
- Handle Hospital Whatsapp leads transferred by call center
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. This includes writing captions, designing graphics, editing photos and videos, and curating relevant content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and engaging with the audience to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 year of experience in healthcare or service industry,
