Position Summary
The Business Developer will be responsible for driving strategic growth and increasing market presence for the IVF Center. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, enhancing patient acquisition, and promoting the center’s services within the region.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience working in an IVF facility and be fluent in Arabic to effectively engage with regional partners, patients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase patient volume and market reach for the IVF Center.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks with clinics, hospitals, and physicians.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, patient needs, and competitive positioning.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OB‑GYNs, fertility specialists, corporate partners, and community organizations.
- Represent the IVF Center at conferences, events, and community engagements.
- Serve as a point of contact for VIP patients, corporate accounts, and referring physicians.
Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for IVF services.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives aimed at improving brand visibility.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to IVF services.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align business development objectives with service delivery.
- Provide input on new service lines, patient experience enhancements, and international patient programs.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report on growth targets and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- Mandatory: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within an IVF or fertility center.
- Strong understanding of IVF services, fertility patient journeys, and reproductive medicine markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in driving business growth in healthcare settings.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with clinical teams and external partners.
- Market awareness in GCC healthcare, especially fertility and women’s health services.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
