Marketing Executive – Luxury Real Estate
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of ultra-luxury real estate and lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a refined aesthetic sensibility, strong organizational skills, and a passion for luxury, design, architecture, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for luxury real estate developments and associated lifestyle brands
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and luxury positioning
- Assist in crafting compelling brand stories across digital, print, social, and on-ground experiences
Content & Collateral Management
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, films, website content, social content, and EDMs
- Manage content and support content development, proofreading, and quality control
- Liaise with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and production houses
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to get required information for content production
Digital & Social Media
- Support execution of digital marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, and social media content
- Track performance metrics and prepare campaign reports and insights
- Coordinate with media and performance agencies where applicable
Events, Activations & Partnerships
- Assist in planning luxury brand event concepts, launches, and experiential activations
- Support partnerships with high-end brands, artists, designers, and cultural institutions
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
Administration & Coordination
- Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and supplier coordination
- Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, development, creative and leadership teams
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all outputs
Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, aesthetics, and customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management, coordination & multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
