Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Executive to support the execution of MultiBank Group’s global social media activities across all platforms. This role is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality content, supporting campaign rollouts, and ensuring daily social media operations run smoothly and on schedule.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Marketing, Design, and Video teams to help strengthen MultiBank’s digital presence and ensure all content aligns with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

  • Execute daily social media posting across all assigned platforms.
  • Support the implementation of the social media content calendar.
  • Ensure all content is published on time and follows platform best practices.
  • Monitor social channels and flag important trends, comments, or risks.

Content Coordination

  • Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to gather content assets.
  • Ensure content follows brand tone, visual guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support campaign launches, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Community & Platform Support

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity where required.
  • Escalate sensitive or high-priority interactions internally.
  • Help maintain positive brand presence across platforms.

Performance & Reporting Support

  • Track post performance and engagement metrics.
  • Support preparation of social media reports and insights.
  • Identify content trends and suggest improvement opportunities.

Operational Support

  • Maintain organized content folders and scheduling tools.
  • Support social coverage for events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
  • Assist with content uploads, captions, tagging, and publishing accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Experience in Fintech, FX, CFD, Crypto, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
