🎯 Mission of the Role

Own and scale multi-channel performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to drive high-quality real estate leads, reduce CPL, improve CPQL, and support all project launches, listings, and internal campaigns.

This role directly impacts revenue, agent performance, and project sell-through rate.

🔑 Core Responsibilities

1. Multi-Platform Campaign Management

Meta (FB/IG) — Google — TikTok — Snapchat — YouTube

  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across all platforms
  • Maintain a clean and consistent campaign structure
  • Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → remarketing → conversion)
  • Manage large budgets efficiently (AED 100k–500k+/month)
  • Run A/B tests: creatives, formats, bidding, audiences

2. Tracking & Analytics

  • Ensure 100% accurate tracking & attribution:
  • Meta Pixel + CAPI
  • TikTok Pixel + Events API
  • Snapchat Pixel
  • Google Ads + GA4
  • GTM full setup
  • Build weekly dashboards with CPL, CPQL, CTR, CVR, CAC benchmarks
  • Analyze performance daily and make fast decisions

3. Creative Workflow

  • Prepare creative briefs for designers
  • Select best formats per platform (Reels, Shorts, Lead Forms, TikTok Spark Ads, etc.)
  • Write high-converting ad copy (headlines, primary text, CTAs)
  • Align creative with psychology-based frameworks (hook → value → CTA)
  • Maintain a library of top-performing creatives & insights

5. Daily Optimization

  • Monitor bids, pacing, and delivery
  • Scale up winning campaigns
  • Pause underperformers
  • Maintain CPL & CPQL targets
  • React quickly to disapprovals or creative fatigue

📌 Required Experience

  • 3–5 years hands-on experience in paid media (not agency-level monitoring — real execution)
  • Direct experience managing Meta + Google + TikTok + Snapchat
  • Experience with real estate is a big advantage
  • Managed budgets starting from AED 100k+/month
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with dashboards & Excel/Sheets
  • Perfect understanding of tracking, pixels, CAPI, leads routing
