Role Summary
The job holder is responsible for accurately preparing the monthly payroll and ensuring that employees are paid on time while maintaining confidentiality of all salary related information.
Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Develops working relationships with internal stakeholders to support successful delivery of HR Services and leverage partnership opportunities.
Collaborating with other teams to assist in HR delivery of key requirements at the same support adherence to standards and policies.
Automate and implement SAP Standard Payroll standards across GCC to ensure smooth processing of monthly payments and all payroll and benefits related activities.
Creation of various reports / variants for submission to business as per requirements raised.
Work closely with IT to support continuous optimization of HRMS (SAP) effective approaches to managing employee compensation and benefits.
Assist all business for yearly budget requirements by providing accurate information.
Conduct Payroll audits and provides inputs to the internal audit payroll balance sheets and finance teams to ensure compliance with pay policies and programs. Also ensure maintenance of confidential information.
Prepare & Review all Final Settlement across GCC region.
People Management:
Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the GMG’s performance management process.
Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals and a high-performance team.
Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement.
Experience
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Payroll/S4Hanna/SuccessFactors.
GCC Experience other Regions would be added advantage with Taxation exposure ·
Process Automation and Process Documentation is essential in previous role
