Job Description
The Property Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth property management, client servicing, and compliance with real estate regulations. This role acts as a key link between property owners, tenants, and the brokerage team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate property listings, lease agreements, and related documentation in company systems.
Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, addendums, renewals, and ensuring compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate property viewings, inspections, handovers, and move-in/move-out procedures.
Handle correspondence with landlords, tenants, developers, and government authorities.
Ensure timely collection and tracking of payments such as rent, deposits, service charges, and commissions.
Prepare regular reports on occupancy, leasing activities, and property performance for management review.
Maintain updated records of property ownership, permits, Ejari registrations, and compliance documents.
Liaise with maintenance vendors and service providers to address tenant and landlord requests.
Provide general administrative support including filing, scheduling, and responding to client queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
2–4 years of experience in property administration, real estate brokerage, or property management.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and Ejari process.Proficiency in real estate CRM/property listing portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively.
Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
