About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain student attendance records
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
  • Coordinate appointments and support school leaders and staff
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a school or office reception role (preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
