KEMET Prime Properties is a growing real estate company based in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional service and trusted real estate advisory to clients and investors.
We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Relations
• Welcome clients, investors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
• Maintain a professional reception area and meeting rooms.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience at all times.
Sales & Operations Support
• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
• Update and maintain CRM systems, client databases, and lead records.
• Assist with property listings, documentation, and transaction files.
• Follow up with clients, developers, and service providers when required.
Administration
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems and company records.
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and courier services.
• Support company events, meetings, and daily office operations.
HR & Compliance Support
• Assist with employee onboarding and document collection.
• Support visa applications, labour documentation, Emirates ID renewals, and related administrative processes.
• Maintain employee records and administrative files.
Executive Support
• Assist senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Follow up on action items and maintain organized records of ongoing tasks.
• Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Arabic language skills are mandatory.
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
