Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic (Advantage)
- UAE driving license (preferable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage appointments, client queries, and front desk operations
- Basic knowledge of veterinary clinic workflow is an advantage
- Well organized, calm, and patient in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist pet owners in a professional and caring manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow ups
- Handle phone calls, messages, and clinic inquiries
- Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff
- Maintain accurate client and pet records
