Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic (Advantage)
  • UAE driving license (preferable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage appointments, client queries, and front desk operations
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary clinic workflow is an advantage
  • Well organized, calm, and patient in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist pet owners in a professional and caring manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow ups
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and clinic inquiries
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff
  • Maintain accurate client and pet records
