Overview of the role
To deliver a clean, tidy, shoppable store that allows customers to have a complete shopping experience, to drive sales to meet targets by using selling techniques and product knowledge.
What you will do
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service at all times, assisting and advising customers professionally.
- POS Operation: Operate the point of sales system, maintaining accuracy in all transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Actively learn product uses to advise customers and enhance revenue through add-on sales.
- Receiving Deliveries: Assist with receiving and displaying goods according to procedures for customer availability.
- Ticketing & Pricing: Comply with pricing and ticketing procedures to ensure customer awareness and prevent loss.
- Merchandising Principles: Apply merchandising principles to maintain a clean and visually appealing store.
- Other events: Assist in events such as stock take, new store openings, and product launches.
