Position Overview:
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for opening new business opportunities, closing deals, and managing both indoor and outdoor sales activities. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely sales quotations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor sales activities including client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and send professional sales quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Ultratec’s products and services to confidently present solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to management.
- Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technical sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and dynamic personality.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing sales quotations and basic commercial documentation.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for outdoor sales.
