Role Overview

The Senior Officer – Graduation supports the end‑to‑end graduation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely issuance of academic credentials. The role works closely with academic departments, campuses, and central services to manage graduation eligibility, degree audits, and credentialing in line with institutional policies and Ministry of Education (MOE) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end graduation process across programs and campuses.
  • Perform degree audits and graduation eligibility checks, ensuring accurate student records.
  • Validate student academic data and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with campuses.
  • Coordinate the issuance of academic credentials, including printed and digital certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with academic regulations, accreditation standards, and MOE/MOHESR requirements.
  • Maintain accurate graduation documentation and records.
  • Monitor graduation timelines and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Support graduation‑related reporting, including completion rates and degree conferral data.
  • Participate in system and process improvement initiatives, including automation and e‑diploma projects.
  • Support UAT and system upgrades related to graduation modules within the Student Information System (SIS).
  • Document SOPs and workflows to ensure consistency and best practice.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in graduation processing, academic records, or academic administration in higher education (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of academic policies, program structures, and degree audit processes.
  • Experience using Student Information Systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with MOE/MOHESR regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and stakeholder coordination ability.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
