Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Content Creator to join our team and support end‑to‑end social content production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is confident capturing and producing content on‑ground, and understands how to create platform‑relevant content that drives engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in content creation, editing, social media execution, and community engagement, with exposure to multiple industries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute live social coverage for events, launches, and streams, including real‑time posting and post‑event content distribution.
  • Capture, shoot, and edit social media content for multiple platforms.
  • Edit and optimize short‑ and long‑form content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
  • Retouch images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar editing tools
  • Support content strategy execution, production schedules, and publishing timelines.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end‑to‑end social media strategies aligned with brand goals, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
  • Create and manage content calendars across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and other emerging channels.
  • Lead content creation across formats: short‑form, long‑form, live content, and VODs.
  • Support paid social efforts through creative ideation, briefing, content direction, and creative review in alignment with performance goals and brand guidelines.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze content effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and grow online communities, including engagement, moderation, and customer interactions.
  • Design and execute influencer and creator marketing initiatives, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators.
  • Develop and implement UGC and creator‑led campaigns to increase reach, authenticity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and product teams on campaign launches and digital initiatives.
  • Write creative briefs, captions, scripts, and copy for social media and campaign content.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities, competitors, and emerging content formats.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social content creation or a similar role.
  • Proven hands‑on experience in shooting, editing, and publishing social media content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviour.
  • Experience in either agency or in‑house roles, with diverse industry exposure (e.g. retail, real estate, lifestyle, FMCG).
  • UAE‑based with the ability to attend on‑ground shoots and events.
  • Owns a Car is MUST due to on‑site content requirements.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, handle tight timelines, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
