Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves coordinating media plans, engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with internal teams and clients to align social media initiatives with broader brand and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the client’s brand, goals, and target audience.
  • Write captions, hooks, content directions, and campaign ideas.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and clients to ensure smooth content execution.
  • Plan creative concepts for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and apply them professionally to client brands.
  • Handle client communication, approvals, revisions, and content scheduling.
  • Review monthly performance and suggest content improvements.
  • Ensure every brand has a consistent tone of voice, visual direction, and content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong experience handling accounts in F&B, Corporate, Clinic, Fitness, and Forex industries.
  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media trends.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to create professional content calendars and campaign ideas.
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Must be based in the UAE or willing to work in Dubai.
