Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates’ fit for the role and company culture.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on the best hiring solutions.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality and candidate experience.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and clients, maintaining professionalism and transparency.
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires transition smoothly and integrate well into the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Middle East.
  • Experience in a recruitment firm is mandatory.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  • Motivated and results-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Autonomous, driven, and passionate about talent development and building strong teams.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment without compromising on quality or efficiency.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic or French considered a plus.
