About Us:

Healthy Buzz is a fast-growing healthy meal plan company in Dubai, delivering fresh and nutritious meals daily. We’re looking for a skilled Accountant with strong food cost control experience to join our team and help us manage financial operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable and reconciliations.
• Monitor and control food cost, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to analyze recipe costs, portioning, and wastage.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
• Track customer payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, and expense management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting, with proven expertise in food cost control (F&B or meal plan industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
