JOB Description
- Provide administrative support to the management and the team.
- Manage schedules ,organize meetings and maintain records.
- Prepare and process invoices, expenses report and other basic financial documentation.
- Handle data entry and maintain filing systems
- Manage calendars, schedules meetings and coordinate appointments for the management.
- Draft and format business correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights,hotels.
- Respond to the incoming calls
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing front-desk support

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
