Talent Acquisition Analyst – Emirati Applicants
Job Purpose
The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of the organization by implementing effective strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
– Conduct market research to identify the best recruitment sources and channels.
– Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications that align with the organization’s requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
– Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
– Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
– Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
3. Applicant Tracking and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and their application statuses.
– Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.
– Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other required documentation.
4. Recruitment Process Improvement:
– Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Make recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and increase the quality of hires.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
– Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
– Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
– Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
– Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
– Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
